St David's is a shopping centre,
containing 70 stores, in the centre of Cardiff,
Wales, UK.
St David's 2 is its new extension development,
due to open to the public in autumn 2009. It will
contain 100 new shops and 25 new cafes and restaurants.
The existing St David’s shopping centre
and the St David’s 2 development will link
via the former Town Wall South Mall, which is
currently being widened and remodelled to form
the main link via the ground floor and the first
floor via an escalator.
St David’s and St David’s 2 will
form one shopping centre in 2009. It will be one
of the UK’s largest shopping centres with
over 180 shops and over 1.4 million square feet
of retail space.

St David's - shops currently open
St David's shopping centre contains a Marks and
Spencers, Boots, Bhs and a Debenhams. Also: Accessorize,
Mothercare, Build a Bear Workshop, Leia, Wallis,
Pravins, Early Learning Centre and more.
St David's 2 - shops due to open by autumn
2009
A John Lewis department store, covering 260,000
sq ft, is due to open in autumn 2009 - it will
be the first John Lewis to open in Wales. Other
big names include: Hugo Boss, Kurt Geiger, Radley,
Reiss, T.M. Lewin, All Saints, Crabtree &
Evelyn, Jamie Oliver's Italian and Links of London.
